Abstract:
To provide a managing method which can supply completely sterilized medical equipment to departments for use and prevent supply deficiency and recovery omission of the medical equipment.
Bar-codes are given to a medical equipment and are stored in a data base of a computer. A list on which the bar-codes of the required medical equipments are put is printed in supplying, recovering and sterilizing, and the bar-codes of the same list and those of medical equipments are read and verified. While required numbers/types are checked, each processing date/sterilization data/each operative name are recorded in the data base.
