PURPOSE: To improve a corrosion resistance by press-sticking an Al foil with a roll on the film which is re-heated at ≥the softening temp. after provisionally press-sticking a resin adhesive film at the temp. ≤the softening point by heating the plated layer of the steel strip on which Sn, Ni, Cr are plated.
CONSTITUTION: The single layer plating of one kind or ≥two kinds of Sn, Ni, Cr or a multilayer plating is performed on at least one side of a steel strip. The plated face is heated to the temp. ≤the softening point of a resin adhesive film and the film is subjected to a roll press-sticking. The film is in succession heated to the temp. ≥the softening point and an Al foil is press-stuck by a roll on the film. The product of good corrosion resistance having excellent drawing and ironing workabilities can thus be obtd.
