Abstract:
PURPOSE:To effectively coat resin on only a part of an armature coil by rotating an armature coil while immersing the armature coil with a liquid resin to cover the surface of the armature coil with the liquid resin. CONSTITUTION:A rotational shaft 3 is rotated while immersing an armature coil in liquid resin L in the state that the shaft 3 is inclined at an angle theta to the liquid surface so that a commutator 4 is disposed upside and a rotor hub 14 is disposed downside in a dipping tank 17 in which the resin L is filled. In this manner, the liquid resin is covered on the surface of the armature coil.
