Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a bag with an engagement tool in which defects in seal and re-engagement and the generation of wrinkles are controlled when a tape with the engagement tool is fusion-bonded to a film for a bag body.
SOLUTION: When tapes 3, 4 with engagement tools having engagement tools 1, 2 are fusion-bonded to films 5, 6 for a bag body, the tapes 3, 4 and films 5, 6, which are laid to overlap each other, are made to travel continuously by the rotation of a rotary drum 32 so that the engagement tools 1, 2 of the tapes 3, 4 pass into an engagement tool introduction channel 33 which is formed in the circumferential direction of the rotary drum 32. On the circumferential surface of the rotary drum 32, the tapes 3, 4 are fusion-bonded continuously to the films 5, 6 by a seal bar 35 having a curved fusion-bonding surface 34 corresponding to the circumferential shape of the rotary drum 32, and then bag making is done.
