Abstract:
PURPOSE: To substantially shorten sintering time by using cold pressing and hot pressing together in a sintering process after mixing and crushing raw material powder.
CONSTITUTION: After Bi2O3, SrCO3, CaCO3, CuO and PbO as the raw material powder are measured and mixed and crushed in a ball mill, the calcination for 24-48 hours at 600-800°C is repeated 2-3 times and sintering is performed for 48 hours at 800-900°C. Then, cold pressing is performed and then, sintering is performed for two days while performing hot pressing at 800-900°C.
