Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture a packet of laminate structure in which a tooth part required for obtaining an intermediate short circuit ring is provided by embedding work by turning a laminating element having three tooth parts arranged at a substantially constant interval at the angle of one or two tooth part added with a torsional angle. CONSTITUTION: A laminating element occupying a slot for intermediate short circuit ring 5 has three tooth parts (f) (o), (q) arranged, at substantially constant intervals, around the circumference such that the laminating element is located in the center of an assembly matrix at the time of lamination. The laminating element is turned at the angle of slot pitch added with a desired torsional angle. After a conductive member is embedded in the intermediate short circuit ring 5, the rotor is machined on the inside to leave only the intermediate short circuit ring 5 thus removing a crown 10 coupled with the tooth part of a laminating element located at the ring 5.
