Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing an excellent coil component of various inductance values.
A chip coil component is provided with conductor turns in an insulator 1, wherein the chip coil component is equipped with a conductor 2 coiled like a cone or a pyramid making a few turns which are different in diameter and located on the inner surface of an outer insulator 1a of a prescribed shape and on different planes respectively or a conductor 2 coiled like a column or a pyramid making a few turns which are located on different planes, respectively.
