PURPOSE: To improve a heating furnace in heating efficiency, ensure burning and removal of harmful materials in a bulb and work in a shorter time by inserting and arranging a spray nozzle in a panel and a funnel.
CONSTITUTION: A spray nozzle 15 is inserted and arranged in a panel 11 and a funnel 14 in contact therewith so that the nozzle 11 and the funnel 14 can be heated at a desired temperature for a required time in a heating furnace 19 while distributing and spraying hot air from the nozzle 15. In this case, the hot air sprayed from the nozzle 15 has a temperature of 450-600°C and a spray pressure of 1kg/mm2 or more. Since the hot air is sprayed from the nozzle 15 at a high temperature and required pressure, a bulb in which both of the panel 11 and the funnel 14 are combined is heated inside and outside at the same time and heated with higher efficiency so that harmful organic materials in the bulb are surely burned and removed in a short time without being cooled. The deformation of a shadow mask 12 and the crack of the bulb are prevented.
