PURPOSE: To realize lower junction temperature by coating junction surfaces of a ferrite magnetic material and coupling surface of a ferrite non-magnetic material of the same composition system with a solution including at least one or more kinds of metal alkoxide of a particular metal element, naphthenic acid salt, 2-ethylhexanoic acid salt for junction thereof.
CONSTITUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a composite magnetic material formed by junctioning a ferrite magnetic material having a high permeability under the normal temperature and a ferrite magnetic material of the same composition having the Curie temperature lower than the normal temperature. There is also provided a method of manufacturing a composite magnetic material coupling a ferrite magnetic material having a high permeability under the normal temperature and a ferrite magnetic material having a Curie temperature lower than the normal temperature by providing, between above ferrite magnetic materials, solution including at least a kind selected from a metal alkoxide of Ti, Zn, Ta, Fe, Al, naphthenic acid salt of Zr and 2-ethylhexanoic acid salt. Thereby, coupling at the temperature where gas cavity of HIP material is not returned becomes possible.
