PURPOSE: To obtain a radio wave absorber of uniform composition by dispersion in a nonorientation state by packing ferrite powder and fiber in a thermoplastic three-dimensional porous body of high polymer resin and pressurizing the packed high polymer porous body thermally.
CONSTITUTION: A porous material sheet is dipped in a slurrified packing material and then drawn up to allow an excessive material to drop, and the sheet is dipped again inside out and treated similarly to pack the slurry in the pores. Then, a heat treatment is carried out at 80°C for 30min to vaporize a solvent and while 500kg/cm2 drawing down force is applied, curing and compression are carried out by performing a heat treatment of 180°C for 10min to obtain a 1mm plate thickness.
