Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the manufacture of the crystal resonator where productivity is enhanced, the parts' cost is reduced and the reliability or the characteristic is enhanced and to obtain its device.
SOLUTION: While a package 10 containing a crystal resonant chip 12 and a lid 14 whose rear side is formed with tin-lead plating 16 are being pressed, a laser beam 38 is scanned and emitted onto a surface of the lid 14 via a lens 36 to melt the tin-lead plating 16 of an adhered part 18 between the package 10 and the lid 14 thereby adhering the package 10 and the lid 14.
