PURPOSE: To manufacture continuous sheet-shaped laminate products of uniform quality by means of a simple pressurizing mechanism by cooling an outlet and an inlet of a container and solidifying the liquid in said sections when a laminate molding material is inserted between sheet-shaped materials in the sandwich form and passed through a closed container in which heated and pressurized liquid is filled.
CONSTITUTION: A continuous laminate molding material 1 constituted of a base such as glass cloth or the like impregnated with synthetic resin varnish such as phenol or the like and dried is inserted between metallic plates, foils or the like, and brought into contact with liquid pressure mediums 4 directly, heated and pressurized. At that time, the liquid pressurized mediums 4 are retained at the solidifying temperature or lower by cooling areas in the vicinity of openings 2 and 10 of a pressure vessel 11 enclosing the liquid pressure mediums 4 by means of a cooling pipes 3 to prevent the mediums from flowing out. Further, sheets with small frictional resistance are placed on the outlet and inlet openings 2 and 10 of the laminate molding material 1 in the pressure vessel 11 to smooth the transfer of laminate molding material 1. Thus, a continuous sheet-shaped laminate molded product of uniform quality can be manufactured by a simple pressurizing mechanism.
