Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a luminescence layer.
SOLUTION: A first electrode 2, a first insulation layer 3, a luminescence layer 4, a second insulation layer 5, a and second electrode 6 are sequentially laminated on a glass substrate 1 as at least forming light extraction side material of an optically transparent substance. As to the luminescence layer, II group element raw material gas being luminescence layer base material, VI group element raw material gas, and luminescence center raw material gas are fed into a reaction furnace so as to form a film by a vapor phase growth method by which the raw material gases are caused to react. In that case, the raw material gases are introduced into the reaction furnace by individual gas supply pipes. In the respective gas supply pipes, the II group element raw material gas supply pipes are disposed in the center, the luminescence center raw material gas supply pipes are on the periphery thereof, and the VI group element raw material gas supply pipes are further on the periphery thereof.
