Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a highly efficient and excellent low-reflection electric conductive film without using a large-sized apparatus which requires use of vacuum.
CONSTITUTION: A coating solution containing a Ru compound and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of respective compounds of Tl, Pb, Bi, Cd, Sr, Ba, and a substrate is coated with a rare earth element. Then, the resulting substrate is heated to form a conductive film. After coating this conductive film with a solution containing silicon alkoxide, etc., the resulting film is heated, thereby forming a low refractive-index film smaller in refractive index than the conductive film. A two-layer low-reflection conductive film is thereby formed.
