PURPOSE: To shorten the working time and to guarantee the quality by an integrated continuous process from a stock, by constituting the titled endless belt by forming a metallic bar material to a cylindrical shape, rolling it to a prescribed diameter by a pressure roller, and also, rolling it by a rolling mill until the prescribed diameter is obtained.

CONSTITUTION: From a metallic bar material, a stock 1 having a center hole is formed by die working, pressed strongly by a pressure roller 3 by inserting a roller 2 into its center and rotating it, and a stock 1a whose diameter, plate thickness and plate width are about 0.5m, about 1mm, and about 10mm, respectively, is formed. Subsequently, the stock 1a is supported by rollers 6, 7 pressed by a driving roller 4 and a grooved driving roller 5, drawn and pressed by a tension roller 7 by turning a receiving roller 6, and the stock 1a is held in the same plate thickness by a pressure driving roller 8, by which an endless belt 1b is formed. According to such a method, a welding is not required, plate thickness and plate width are uniform and the quality is stable, the working time is shortened, and the mass-production can be executed.
