PURPOSE: To enable a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin pipe to be molded at high speed without generating any deformation by continuously extruding the thermoplastic resin pipe while rotating it and spirally winding a fiber resin complex on the outer peripheral surface of the pipe by means of tension of the rotation.
CONSTITUTION: A fixed land 11 and an extruding fitting composed of a rotational core 12 rotatably provided therein are provided, and thermoplastic resin is discharged while rotating the rotational core 12, and a thermoplastic resin pipe 3 is continuously extruded and molded while being rotated around its pipe shaft. This rotational core 12 is rotated by being transmitted from a driving device capable of changing the speed through a chain 2. And a fiber resin complex 5 is spirally wound on the outer peripheral surface of the extruded and molded thermoplastic resin pipe 3 by tension of the rotation of the pipe 3 and heated, thereby the thermoplastic resin pipe 3 and the fiber resin complex 5 are welded/integrated to/with each other, so as to complete the desired fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin pipe.
