Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the above manufacture method of an inexpensive heat exchanger with a good heat efficiency for concentrators like refrigerators, etc., which can securely and easily fix steel tubes with fins made of steel plate.
CONSTITUTION: The steel tubes 12 which are copper-plated 18 on the outer periphery is formed, both sides of a thin steel plate fin 14 with holes 22 to insert the tubes 12 are copper-plated, the tubes 12 are press-fit into the holes 22 on the fin 14, the copper plating 18, 20 is melted in a reducing furnace contg. gaseous atmosphere, and the tubes 12 and the fin 14 are fixed by brazing.
