Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a floss futon wherein floss pieces laid in layers.
Reeled raw silk of 16g or lighter in weight is selected. The raw silk is artificially expanded to floss pieces of not smaller than 1.5m2. The floss pieces are spread all over a working table for manufacturing a futon piece by piece in layers under pressure. Then, the tight-stretched floss pieces in the most upper and lower layers are folded back and then the edge is pressed and wrapped by these floss pieces.
