Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a friction pad from warping by controlling heat.
CONSTITUTION: A lining layer 3 is adhered onto a metal plate 2 by heat and pressure. After baking it, heat is applied to a surface of the lining layer 3 so as to bend a friction pad 1. After cooling it, the surface of the lining layer 3 and the back surface of the metal plate 2 are cut for flattening.
