Abstract:
To prevent solidification crack and liquefaction crack from being generated in a blade material, when laser-welded in the case where a blade top part of a blade effective part is closed by a lid.
In this manufacturing method, a laser beam is used for welding when the top part 24 of the blade effective part 23 is closed by the lid 26. The possibility of heating in portions not required to be heated in the welding is precluded by using the laser beam to prevent thereby the solidification crack and liquefaction crack from being generated in a welded portion.
