Abstract:
To obtain granular sealing material, with which the clogging of a piping such as a hopper bridge or the like can be suppressed, and execute a continuous treatment for suppressing the clogging of the piping.
Grinds are produced by kneading and grinding a resin component and an inorganic filler. The grinds are continuously charged in a treatment vessel 1, within which air flow circulates. The grinds treated in the treatment vessel are continuously taken out. The grinds of sealing material are processed into spherical shapes. The smooth outer shape of a granular sealing material is realized, resulting in suppressing the catching of the granular sealing materials by each other.
