Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a comb having an antistatic characteristic.

CONSTITUTION: Carbon blended synthetic resin containing 10 to 50wt.% of graphite powder blended with thermoplastic synthetic resin is first molded into pellet type. Then, the pellet type material is injection or extrusion molded into a comb type or a brush. According to this construction, the graphite powder as blended maintains an antistatic effect in a semipermanent way.
