Abstract:

PURPOSE: To accomplish a halogen lamp with selective transmissive film, with which the color, etc., of food appears vividly, by heating a glass powder and melting, and sintering a glass bulb with neodium oxide powder.

CONSTITUTION: A solution containing neodium oxide powder and glass powder is applied to the outer surface of a glass bulb 2 accommodating a filament, and the glass powder is heated and melted, and thus the glass bulb 2 is sintered with neodium oxide. Thereby a selective transmissive film 3 consisting of neodium oxide and glass is formed over the outer surface of the glass bulb 2, and a halogen lamp lined with such a film is achieved with which the color, etc., of food appears vividly.
