Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain hands of certain quality without the variation in the coloring degree by using colored ink containing one or more kinds of resins among acrylic, epoxy, urethane, ester and ether resin binder components.
CONSTITUTION: The coloring performed on a surface of steel plate is used with coloring ink making resins of one or more kinds selected from among acrylic resin, epoxy resin, urethane resin, ester resin and ether resin binder components, and is performed for example by means of gravure, silk screen printing, gravure offset printing, roll coating, spray coating, etc. Beautiful and homogeneously colored hands of a clock can be obtained by a simple manufacturing process and using inexpensive raw material.
