PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a heat exchanger on an industrial scale by embedding plural linear heat conduction bodies into a soluble resin sheet and exposing both end parts of the heat conduction wire, soldering this exposed part to a hollow pipe and melting and removing the resin.
CONSTITUTION: Plural pieces of linear heat conduction bodies 4 are embedded into a sheet 7 consisting of a molten resin and formed integratedly, and a sheet- like pin fin member 8 is formed. This member 8 is cut a rectangular shape, the resin 7 is melted so that the linear heat conduction body 4 is exposed by h1 (1W2mm or so) from its cutting plane, and a both end solution pin fin member 8b is obtained. Subsequently, a prescribed number of members 8 are inserted and held between hollow pipes 3a, 3b through an exposed part 4', the exposed part 4' and the surface of the hollow pipes 3a, 3b are soldered, and a pipe fin integral object is obtained. After having melted and removed the resin 7 which remains behind in this integral object, both ends of the pipes 3a, 3b are connected suitably with a U-shaped pipe 49, so that a fluid flows through the pipe. In such a way, a heat exchanger with a pin-like fin having an excellent heat exchange property is obtained.
