PURPOSE: To uniformly pact a given amount of expandible material into the inside of a panel by a method in which a panel is fabricated by surrounding sides by a frame member, partitioning the inside surrounded by the frame member, and covering the lower side by a lower face member, and the inside of the panel is completely or partly filled with an expandible material.
CONSTITUTION: Holes 8 and 9 are drilled almost linearly in the sides of a frame member 1 and a reinforcing member 2, and then an injection tube 5 is pierced through the holes 8 and 9. Then, a given amount of expandible material is first injected into an internal space S1 from an injection nozzle 7 with the aid of a tool fitted, the injection tube 5 is pulled back, the injection nozzle 7 is positioned in an internal space S2, and then a given amount of the expandible material is injected into the space S2. In such a manner, the expandible materials 6 is injected orderly into spaces S3, S4, S5...S9 and then the tool is removed and an upper face material is fixed as needed to obtain a heat-insulating panel.
