PURPOSE: To apply preparatory solder on ends of a coil wire and to connect them to an electrode simultaneously by soldering by a method wherein a solder layer is formed on a soldering electrode at a extreme surface of a ferrite core and an end of a coil wire which is placed on the electrode by bending it is pressed by a hot metal part.
CONSTITUTION: Electrode 3, 3 is formed by plating of solderable material on both extreme surfaces of brims of a drum-shaped ferrite core 1 and solder plated layers 7, 7 are formed on surfaces of them. A coil 2 is wound on a narrowed intermediate part of the core 1, and ends of a coil wire 2a, 2a are placed extended to extreme surface of both brims, that is surfaces of solder plated layers 7, 7 are flux is applied on ends of brims in the core 1. And by pressing surfaces of both ends of brims with properly heated metal parts 8, 8 connection between electrodes 3, 3 and ends of a coil wire 2a, 2a is performed by soldering.
