To prevent release of an identification resin composition and loss of a product value due to external stress, bending stress, ironing, friction or the like by activating a coated surface by flame, applying a ultraviolet-ray curing resin composition of different colors, and hardening.
In a manufacturing process 1 of an insulated wire, a coat 3 of a polyethylene composition is formed at an outer circumference of a conductor 2, and an insulated wire 4 is manufactured. Next, in a frame abrasion process 5, this insulation wire 4 is led out from a reel, an outer surface of the coat 3 is flamed by means of a burner such as city gas in a flame abrasion processor, and the surface is activated. In the next identification resin composition applying process 10, on an entire outer surface of the framed and abraded coat 3, an identification resin composition using a ultraviolet-ray curing resin composition such as non-solvent epoxy acrylate-based resin composition of different colors is applied. Then, in a curing process 13, ultraviolet- rays are irradiated, and the identification resin composition is cured. Thus, the identification resin composition is prevented from being stripped due to external stress, bending stress, ironing, abrasion, or the like and, from being incapable of identification, from being spotted on the surface, or from being lost in product value.
