PURPOSE: To improve an external appearance of a product by making heat resistance and adhesion favorable, by method wherein a specific ethylene copolymeric matter is mixed up with each other at the specific rate and laminated under specific temperature conditions.
CONSTITUTION: The title laminate is composed of a crosslinked mixture of other substance and two kinds of ethylene copolymers. One of the mixture is a copolymer composed a kind of a monomer composed of a unit originated from ethylene, α,β-unsaturated monocarboxylic acid, α,β-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid, its anhydride and half ester. The other one is a copolymer composed of a unit originated from the ethylene and a unit originated from an ethylene unsaturated monomer containing a hydroxyl or glycidyl group. Copolymerization ratio of the ethylene within the copolymer is 30W99.5wt.% in all cases. The mixture and the other substance are superposed upon each other, which is heat-treated with radiant heat or hot air at a temperature extending from the room temperature W80°C up to 200W330°C. Then heat treatment through a heating roll is performed at 200W330°C and crosslinking of the mixture and adhesion between the mixture and the other substance are performed at a time.
