Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the manufacture of a light source cover in red for lighting system, which has the excellent light resistant property and which is harmless and safe to human body.
CONSTITUTION: In the manufacture of a light source cover for lighting system, in which a coating film is formed by coating for coloring with the coating, and this coating includes quinacridone group as the coloring adhesive, acrylic resin as the base resin, and silane group hardening agent including silyl group as the hardening agent. As the quinacridone group, quinacridone, 2,9-dimethyl- quinacridone, or 2,9-dichrolo-quinacridone is used. The coating includes at least one kind selected among the group formed of 2-hydroxy-benzophenon, 2 (2'- hydroxyphenyl) benzotriazole and the derivative thereof as the organic ultraviolet ray absorbent.
