A main body to form a cylindrical thing is composed of a thin plate 1, and its both ends 2 and 3 are bent. An adhesive double coated tape 5 having a protective tape is stuck to one surface of one end 2 of the thin plate 1 so that a proper length protrudes from one end 2. Next, a protruding part of the double coated tape 5 having a protective tape is folded back, and is stuck to another one surface of one end 2. Only a protective tape 6 of a part to which the tape 5 having a protective tape is stuck by being folded back is torn off. Another end 3 of the thin plate 1 is also stuck to an adhesive part of one surface of one end 2 from which the protective tape 6 is torn off. Lastly, a cylindrical manicure guard where an adhesive double coated tape 7 having a protective tape is arranged on an inside surface is completed.
