PURPOSE: To manufacture a mat-like resin molding having an anti-pollution property by forming and then drying a release agent layer in which fine powdered particles are blend-dispersed in a release agent in a mold, and applying and then heat-hardening gelcoat resin out it, and thereafter pouring a filling material-blended resin into the mold and then heat-hardening it and, next, removing the release agent from the surface of the molding.
CONSTITUTION: Fine powdered particles 1 are permitted to mix-disperse into a releasing agent 2, and it is spray-applied and then dried onto a mold A that is finished in cleaning in order to form a release agent layer (a) wherein the fine powdered particles are mix-dispersed on the mold surface and give fine recessions and protrusions thereon. The flame refractive particles 1 is allowed to be equal to or smaller than that of release agent 2 in gravity, and also to be 0.5-5.0μm in its particle diameter. Next, the release agent layer (a) is spray-coated with gelcoat resin 3 for forming a gelcoat layer (b) by heat-curing it and, subsequently, a cast material 4 wherein a filling agent is mixed in cast resin is cast thereon for performing a fabrication and, further, heat- hardening it so as to form a base material layer (c) integral with the gelcoat (c). In the next place, a molding B hardened herein is released, and then the release agent layer adhered on the surface is removed therefrom, thus obtaining an article C.
