PURPOSE: To produce the molded object excellent in both surface hardness and weathering resistance by a method in which a specified photocurable sheet is fitted to be positioned at the inner side of a mold, and a photocurable resin layer is fitted to be positioned at the side of the mold, and molding resin is injection-molded in the mold, thereby molding the object covered with the photocurable sheet, and then the photocurable sheet is cured by radiating ultraviolet rays.
CONSTITUTION: The photocurable sheet 1 obtained by laminating the photocurable resin layer 1a composed of the compound of resin composition which contains the acryl having the weight-average molecular weight of 50,000-1,000,000 and the glass transition temperature of 40-100°C, the compound containing reactable vinyl group and photopolymerizing initiator on the base material of the sheet, is fitted to be positioned at the inner side of a mold, and the photocurable resin layer 1a is fitted to be positioned at the side of the mold 4, and then after the movable mold 4 has been moved to a stationary mold 5, they are clamped. Molding resin is injected from an injection molding machine 7, and the mold is filled therewith, whereby the object 9 covered with the sheet 1 molded on its surface is molded. The covered object 9 is put on a conveyer 10, and ultraviolet rays are radiated on the surface of the covered object 9 from an ultraviolet ray-radiating lamp 12. The sheet 1 on the surface of the covered object 9 is cured and a rigid film is molded.
