Title:
MANUFACTURE OF MOTOR STATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60226742
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify a punching die and to reduce the size and the weight of a motor by performing a winding inserting work and a resin integrating work in the state that a stator core is temporarily clamped by a jig, and then removing the jig, thereby eliminating a pin projection for securing the stator. CONSTITUTION:Annular stator steel plates punched by a punching die in the prescribed shape are laminated in the prescribed number by inserting a cylindrical jig into a core to form a stator core 1. Then, a temporarily securing jig 14 is mounted on the outer periphery of the core 1, temporarily secured, a stator winding 2 is wound in this state, and integrated with molding die 12. Then, the jig 14 is removed. Thus, since a pin hole for securing the core 1 and semipunched portion are not necessarily formed, the punching die is simplified. The outer peripheral size of the stator can be reduced to contribute to the reductions in size and weight.
