Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a method for enabling manufacture of a multilayered film having a laminate layer of uniform thickness.
CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene film 1 extruded from a slit of a die 3 by an extruder 2 is cooled down by a water bath 4. This film is subjected to surface lamination by passing it between a metal roll 8 and a rubber-lined nip roll 7 together with a molten propylene copolymer film 6 for the surface lamination. A composite body obtained in this way is stretched by a longitudinal stretcher 5 and then by a lateral stretcher 11 and cooled down and thereby a multilayered film is obtained.
