Abstract:
To reinforce a natural soil pavement body surface to prevent the outflow of the pavement body by raining or weathering, in a manufacturing method accompanied by a treatment for stabilizing the natural soil pavement body in the field of civil engineering.
In this method of manufacturing a natural soil pavement body, natural earth and sand substantially containing no binder is laid on a bed followed by rolling compaction and formed into a natural soil pavement body. An aqueous urethane resin solution containing an urethane prepolymer having a water dispersed concentration of 2-15 wt.% is sprayed to the surface of the pavement body, penetrated into the pavement body, and gelled within the cavity of the pavement body as it is.
