Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method of an oil cooler built in radiator tank which enables simultaneously assembling of a tank of a radiator for cooling an engine and an oil cooler mounted therein while accomplishing brazing required therefor simultaneously.

A radiator tank 2 is made up of first and second angle materials 8 and 9. An oil pipe 14 is made to pierce the first angle material 8 while a center hole 15 of one inner lid 12 is put through it and then, an end part of the oil pipe 14 is securely caulked on the inner lid 12. One end of an inner tank body 11 is pressed into the inner lid 12 while the other inner lid 12 is pressed into the other end thereof. Then, the first and second angle materials 8 and 9 are combined and an outer lid 5 is fitted and held at both ends thereof along the length thereof.
