PURPOSE: To decrease the manufacturing man-hour by providing a positioning member bonded incorporatedly to a resin base at curing while a UV resin is packed to a center hole of the resin base so as to eliminate completely a generated resin layer.

CONSTITUTION: The constitution of a stamper 1, a track pit 2, a resin base 3, a UV resin 4, a pressure glass plate 6, an ultraviolet ray lamp 7 and a reflecting plate 8 is similar to that of a conventional disc. The resin is cured by irradiating an ultraviolet ray while the UV resin is packed to a concaved part 18 provided at the inside of a center member 15 so as to bond the resin base 3 and the center member 16. The disc base where the center member 15 and the resin base 3 are incorporated is obtained by exfoliating the UV resin 4 and the resin base 3 from the stamper 1. The optical disc is finished by forming a recording medium layer 19 to a track pit face of the disc base, adhering a protection plate 21 via a bonding layer 20 and applying finish processing to the outer circumferential ridge and the center hole at positions shown in two-dot chain lines.
