Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a pickup sensor of good quality, with excellence in the workability of insert molding.
A spacer assembly 15 is formed by insert-molding a connecting plate 18 to a spacer 17, and the spacer assembly 15 thereof is attached to a coil assembly 1. Thereafter, the coil assembly 1 is fixed to a metal mold, resin is injected into the metal mold, and a body part 2 and arm part 2a of a pickup sensor for rotation sensing are formed by insert-molding.
