PURPOSE: To continuously manufacture at high speed the titled pin group rows of high accuracy, by processing as follows; parallelly traveling multiple metallic wires are passed through the teeth of the comb for eliminating the gap and regulating the diameter, and are lined up; this gapless wire groups are joined perpendicularly or obliquely to the parallelly traveling direction; this joined wire group is cut in the joining direction.

CONSTITUTION: Multiple metallic wires 4, being supplied from the wire reel 2, are parallelly traveled in the longitudinal direction of these wires 4; then, individual wire 4 is passed through the teeth of the comb 7 for eliminatisng gap and regulating the diameter; hereby, the gap between wires is narrowed. Next, thus narrow gapped wire group is further passed through the barrel-type roll so as to line up individual wire 4 without overlap and making the gap; hereby, the gapless wire group 10 if formed. Then, the wires 4, adjoining each other on the straight line perpendicular or oblique at a specified angle to the parallelly traveling direction of this wire group 10, are joined. And this joined wire group 10 is cut parallelly to the joining line and at an specified interval; hereby, the pin group rows 21 for use of pin fin tubes for the heat-exchanger, or the like.
