PURPOSE: To continuously manufacture a long-sized perforated plate displaying various kinds of patterns by selectively lowering at least one of punches arranged in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of a base material to form holes.

CONSTITUTION: A pressing machine 3 is provided with a punch holder 11 vertically moved with a crank shaft 10, plural punches fitted by being arranged in series in the direction intersecting the base material 1 in the punch holder 11 and a die 13 having die hole corresponding to these punches. By changing the movement to the longitudinal direction of the base material and vertical movement of each punching based on a program, the long-sized perforated plate displaying various kinds of the patterns is continuously obtd.
