To make a paper tube available for multiuse applications by nesting plural pieces of paper tube of a simple shape or material into an inner and an outer tube or forming a stepped structure and stacking tier members, and further, variegating the diameter, material thickness, opening holes, length or the like to give a variety to the material and the shape.

For example, leg members 11, each of which is constructed of an inner and an outer tube 4, realize two tiers 5 at different elevations, and the inner tubes 41 on the upper ends and fitted into through holes 13 in the bases 14 of a corrugated cardboard E. Then a table for an upper tier and a lower tier base 15 is provided by fastening specifications 12 for fastening a thread loop of a clock 121 for a button to stop a repeated passage. Alternatively, the outer tube 41 of a short tube 31 is fitted into the inner tube 42 of the leg member 11 on a base 15 at an upper elevation and then the base 14 is disposed to form a tier 5 of the inner and the outer tube 4 which are continuously arranged. In addition, a click 121 is insetted like a lid to block an opening hole 2. Or a tape of a coating material 16 is applied to the edge of a corrugated cardboard E base 15 and the upper ends of circular tubes B on the base 15, in the leg members 11 assembled side by side and in a tier 5 fashion at a few spots on a curved facelike connection 63 member. Thus the tier formation 5 ensures the easy and secure joining and fastening with the bases 14, 15 and facilitates the use of the short tube 31 and outer tube 41 for setting up many tiers and making bases of various shapes, storage containers or the like.
