Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the reflective properties of a preformed reflector by coating the surface of a flexible sheet with a multilayer film and adhering the coated sheet to the reflective face of the reflector to make the thickness of the film uniform.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of a flexible sheet is coated with multilayer film (reflective film) 2 of a uniform thickness by a usual method, and the coated sheet is adhered to the reflective face of preformed reflector 1 to manufacture a reflector having curvature of superior reflective properties.
