PURPOSE: To manufacture resin composite type steel plate excellent in bonding strength by a method wherein plated steel plate, on both sides of which iron-zinc based alloy layers are produced after molten zinc plating layer is formed thereon, and intermediate layer made of viscoelastic substance are alternately assembled so as to produce composite type steel plate.
CONSTITUTION: At the manufacturing of the resin composite type steel plate concerned, firstly by employing molten zinc plating bath containing aluminum and 0.01-0.30wt.% of antimony, molten zinc plating layer is formed both the sides of steel plate. Next, by applying thermal alloying treatment to the resultant plated steel plate, iron-zinc based alloy layer is produced. In succession, by alternately assembling the steel plate and intermediate layer made of viscoelastic substance, composite type steel plate is produced. Thus, the resin composite type steel plate excellent in bond strength is obtained. No separation of resin develops at various forming works of the resin composite type steel plate produced as mentioned above, resulting in imparting high stable bonding strength to the steel plate concerned.
