PURPOSE: To reduce the porosity in the form body and then to obtain the formed body which can be heightened until the real density with even the rolling of low roll reductin, etc., by restricting the heat transfer from the deposited metal on the substrate to the substrate.
CONSTITUTION: The molten metal M which ios flowed down from the melting furnace 1 to the non-oxidizing atmosphere in the chamber 5 is broken with the inert gas jet stream supplied from the atomizer 2 in the flowing way and made into periculates P, the particulates P are cooled and solidified while depositing succesdingly on the substrate 3 of endless belt like and the plate formed body 4 is formed. The preheating furnace 7 is arranged at the upstream side from the depositing position of the metallic qranule P on the substrate 3, the substrate 3 is passed inside, and the metallic granule P is deposited on the substrate 3 which is pre-heated to a feasible temperature. By controlling the pre-heating temperature with the pre-heating furnace 7, the lack of melting of the deposited particulates P is prevented and the porosity in the formed body 4 is reduced.
