PURPOSE: To form simply a high resistance layer which improves the electricity charging recovery power of a positive pole active material, by painting the positive pole active material in a melt state which contains high resistance material powder or short fibre, or conducting immersion into the material.
CONSTITUTION: Sulfur atoms exiting to the vicinity of a solid electrolyte tube 1 is prevented by providing a high resistance layer 6 between the tube 1 and a multi-bore quality electron conduction material 5 filled into a positive pole chamber 4, and the electricity charging recovery power of a positive pole active material is improved. The layer 6 is formed on the outer surface of the material 5 or the tube 1 by, for example, painting on the material 5 a mixture in a melt state of glass or ceramic or the like powder or short fibre and the positive pole active material through the use of a projecting nozzle, or by immersing the tube 1 into the mixture in the melt state.
