PURPOSE: To form a fine pattern even on a molded product of high molding temperature and a molded product of high bulk by using a biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate resin film of specified thickness when a synthetic resin sheet with recessed and projected pattern in a cavity are injection molded, and then the sheet is peeled and the recessed and projected pattern is formed.

CONSTITUTION: A polybutylene terephthalate resin film having its thickness in the range of 38-100μ and also having recessed and projected pattern 2 on its one face is used. When said film is used, ABS resin of 200° or over of the injection molding temperature, polyacetal resin or the like can be used for manufacture. When the thickness is less than 38μ, the recessed and projected pattern may be varied at the time of injecting synthetic resin, while beyond 100μ, a molded product of deep drawing shape may not be formed on its peripheral section, and approximately 50μ is preferred when a molded product of high bulk is manufactured.
