Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a wire harness protector wherein manufacturing cost is lowered and productivity is excellent.
CONSTITUTION: As a molding resin material, a resin material having black color or gray color, or a resin material containing an additive which absorbs laser is used. A hollow molding 1 is molded by NC blow molding. The molded hollow molded body 1 is cut by the laser so as to manufacture a solid wire harness protector 2.
