To eliminate the need for post fabrication, such as painting, and to provide an advantage in terms of a cost by curtailing of stages.
At the time of insert molding of a film 3 by injection molding, the cut face of the film 3 jumps out of a mold parting plane during insertion. When the molds close successively in this state, the cut face of the film 3 deflects to an inner side by abutting on a fillet or chamfered shape and thereafter, a molten injection molding resin 2 flows in and outwardly presses the film 3 and the injection molding resin 2 cools to solidify by profiling the fillet or chamfered shape on the moving side, by which the shape is transferred and, therefore, the printed film 1 is rolled into the end face. The need for post fabrication, such as painting, may thus be eliminated.
