Abstract:
PURPOSE: To transmit power to an industrial machine requiring a large output, such as an injection molding machine, and providing controllability for the drive of the machine.
CONSTITUTION: Drums 30a, 30b are furnished on the two sides of an output shaft 20 to which a drive wheel 10 is secured, and coils 70a, 70b are wound on them 30a, 30b, and there a pair of transmission gears 60a, 60b are installed rotatably. One-side ends 72a, 72b of these coils 70a. 70b are detained with these gears 60a, 60b, while the other ends 74a. 74b are engaged by the drive wheel 10. To the drum 30a, power is externally transmitted through a flywheel 50, and the power of a servo motor M is transmitted to the gears 60a, 60b through transmission pinions 82, 83.
